I would think there would be an announcement tomorrow/thursday. the first staged payment is due if they want to maintain the option over El Roble. if the payment is made, delayed by agreement or the option lapses - i would say that each of those situations is fairly critical to the operations of the company and as such deserves an announcement.

They could easily add the grades and/or revenue information as a footnote to any announcement.
