Horsetrader. That is normally the case where payment turns up 3 months later.
I'm in the Coal Industry and because of this Fiscal meltdown we have demanded payment before we load the Boats.
Boats were just sitting off Mackay because the reciever couldn't organise the payment but this has freed up a lot of late.
I don't know if this applies to other Comodities.
