The best good news that Hardman can have now is production - meaning cash flow - and that will happen in the next 2 months (according to the Democratic Islamic Government of Mauritania) or Q106 (according to the JV).
Independent directors. Boards need to have some cohesion and focus - it should not be a comittee but a War Cabinet.

The norm for director re-election is 3 years on a rotation basis - otherwise by special resolution - which is mcuh harder.
I actually think the board is doing a good job - short term SP changes are not the measure of a boards success.
