Yarali it is a moot point. Directors cannot buy or sell if they wanted to at this time. It is not a trading window. Also, they couldn't trade when the window was open due to being involved in market moving negotiations with the lenders. Each director (extended to KMP 'key management personnel') is responsible for adhering to that restriction.
