ZIP can currently acquire a banking licence at very low cost by taking over NOV. NOV obtained RADI in November 2022 & due to become ADI in about a year. Very difficult to obtain a banking licence in Australia as the process took many years for NOV.
NOV currently $40.638M MC - $21.9M cash - $12.27M (own 19.88% RKN) = $6.468M EV.
FYI - I hold NOV. Not cross promoting just mentioning what is available should ZIP decide to go along the banking path with their large customer base.
Was waiting for the air pocket for ZIP. Might have to buy some sooner.
