This is true! Let's look at this from a two angles:
- BNPL main challenge: Is to manage bad debt and this seems to be Zip's number 1 challenge. Unlike interest rates, they can control this. If they keep decreasing it, it is a great sign.
- Growth: When adding more controls the growth might be affected. However. for Zip the new regulation can help them with customer acquisition.
Overall, I am quite curious to watch how these factors play out in the next 12 months.
