Sydney - Monday - December 18: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Ansearch Limited (ASX: ANH) will make an Entitlement Issue of
approximately 93,213,567 shares on the basis of 1 new Entitlement Share
for every 4 shares held.
The Company also intends to offer, at the same time, each
eligible shareholder the further right to apply for up to 10,000
additional Entitlement Shares at the same price and on the same terms.
The Entitlement Shares will be fully paid shares of 6 cents
each, but paid in three instalments of 2 cents each with the first
instalment payment to be made upon application.
