Does anyone know the "in country" address, or background, of the entity identified as J Callaway, who loaned the company 1.25 million, back in 2020, loan was paid back according to the company.

I am not related to the entity, as I am an American citizen, and there is no evident UCC filing here in America for the transaction.

Just thought it curious, that two entities, both named J Callaway, were associated with this company.

Obviously J Callaway strongly believed in the company financially. The only other named personal entity, Trevor Nairn, is a well known investor, and the company disclosed his settlement, as well as all the others in this section, except J Callaway.

The J Callaway entity also never showed up as a major shareholder, as some of the entities on this list were repaid in shares, but they may have sold them immediately and not been required to register. If the obligation was settled at 6 cents a share, J Callaway would have had a substantial number of shares.
