Unfortunately a statement issued by any software company cannot be taken at face value, what Net should be saying is the code was given to the Australian Signals Directorate on xxx day of xx month and they have reviewed the code and it is now certified. I have not seen that statement nor ASD saying this is a recognized software for use in Telcoms or government networks. ASD have a webpage where they state what can be used and Net is not on that page. I heard they talked to Telstra a few years ago, why was it not picked up by them? Which crypto libraries are they using and who issued them should be what they are talking about as you can check that and see if its an Australian library or not.

Equally well for use in 5 eyes countries the software should be certified by the central agencies. As I think what they are doing is reselling Starlink and then adding the NEtlinkz platform on top its doubtful that Starlink would look at the netlinkz product. Its also doubtful you would need Netlinkz as Starlink already has encrypted comms, so encrypting encrypted links seems over kill.
