thanks davo i remember a few people saying words to that effect and the fact that their preference is to joint venture projects opposed to raising the money they need on the market. I do think a captail raising at these levels would deffinantly not be in the interest of holders unless it included a rights issue, which may tempt many of the larger holders (id be tempted but im not a large holder anyway)
