The difference is in the method of administration.
To use the Sirtex spheres takes a radiologist to pass a fine catheter into the femoral artery in the groin and feed it up to the liver. To inject some contrast and show the catheter is in the correct place then release the spheres. That is a much higher level of technology and skill than doing an ultrasound or CAT scan and placing a needle in the tumour and injecting the Oncosil product.
The differences are in terms of skill of the radiologist to administer, cost of the procedure, time it takes and procedure complications - all in favour of the Oncosil product.
