Can't say I'm surprised about the trading halt and the need for a cash injection, given the release of Domacoms Qtr Report a couple of months ago . Why they didnt raise this issue at the Extroidinary General Meeting is beyond me. IMO Will be interesting to see if its quasi debt via convertable notes or a dilution of existing shareholders funds at a discount to the current market share price. Debt ,IMO will be a tough gig given they gave the first charge to the last Convertible note guys. I could speculate that they could take out the existing security holder or increase their holding, guess we will know on Friday. Lets hope they organise a plan a bit longer than a couple of months or we will be back here again IMO.
