But you just said they intend to reduce working capital from $91m? Thats a change in working capital from Fy17 to FY18. This change is from either account receivables or account payables. They don't have inventory. I don't see them delaying payments to payables otherwise that could hurt terms and relationships. Only lever to pull is account receivables. So where will the cash come from?
