yep sure are Keneth Ting is a great accountant, perhaps MST should contact him re setting up a unit trust for them, TZL was in trouble big time and these guys got it out of strife with a unit trust, I believe share holders pledged funds which were collected and quickly mounted up to well over a million dollars and saved the company from going down I believe the trust is still accepting funds from shareholders converts the money to units in the trust and then lends the funds to TZL
