    My answer to your question, not sure why.
    I do know that over the last few days dummy bidders are trying very hard to keep the price down to 30.5 cents so they can buy up big at that price. There is news on the horizon as I have never seen so many traders trying to keep the share price down so they can buy into VBA shares.
