The simple fact is one guy with his retirement fund can buy in
and make a dramatic difference to our SP with our companies massive 13.79 MKt Cap.

HC can and does have a big influence on the SP.

It's obviously less influential on stocks which are worth more, but in GGP's case HC
has made a very big difference to the SP and will continue to do so.
