Would be interested on peoples thoughts on Ramsay's cash flow. Annual report shows cash flow from operating activities after tax declined modestly from $904 million to $882 million in latest financial year. This is however, of course, dramatically higher than either NPAT or their preferred measure of Core Profit, with depreciation/amortisation accounting for a significant share of the difference. From my calculations, price to cash flow ratio is approximately 15.
