Laybuy has done a good job of capturing new and recurring customers during lockdown and has a strategy in place with the TAP function post-lockdown. Management has obviously thought 3 steps ahead and implemented strategies that retain customers no matter the situation. Those are the type of companies I love to invest in - one where the customer needs the service they never knew they needed!
