with significant holdings, surely announcements within those holdings are material and should in fact be announced. you rightly point out that news flow would have a big effect on the share price as it would alert people to the true relationship of DGR to these investments. It's not like they are say <1% holdings, DGR is substantial on their registers and no doubt has some say right?
