An interesting development. Its almost as if some politicians are now listening to complaints from people who have been ripped off by corporate wrongdoers.

The key difference here as opposed to most instances is that it is not difficult to identify and those involved made little effort to conceal things, a good example of this is the shell companies they created in their own name that just happened to receive a large number of shares.
