Yes this is true Auto of GUD; but a share buy back also increases the earnings per share (as there is more profit to share around per the number of shares issued) and also gives strong support for the share price, this helped GUD build a strong base over this period in the share price and as I said before this was on the back of good management growing profits; IMO beach is going to grow there profits over the next 4 years significantly and the way things are going it looks like they will have plenty of cash flow; I'd just like to see as much of that as possible returned to shareholders in the form of an increase in the share price.

I've said before what sort of valuations I think beach is worth; and is way more than the current share price; and if management keep having more success and as you have said before Auto sign a GSA, this will hopefully go some way in starting to realize some of the value in beach.
