    From my last look at the financials there are still some $14m losses brought forward from previous years that can be utilised against future profits.

    Banish the thoughts of fully franked dividends for now, but relish the prospect of not having to pay tax (from brought forward losses) in the reverse-takeover of loss-making listed gold companies as in this case.
