    I was thinking initially 4M but looking back at the last few qtrlys Advertising, commissions has been running at around 30-35%.

    $9.2M -5.7M - Hoping around $3.5M

    If its $4m+ it would be outstanding.

    Agree with your valuation Pist87 on confirmation of results with guidance. $2 + on September numbers IMO if it looks like annually they will start to generate $5M + each qtr free casflow.
