Appendix 5b- 25/10/2011 ie Quarterly financials at end of September said-

Estimated cash outflows for next quarter: $3,417,000
consisting of: Exploration and evaluation: 2,982,000
& Administration: 435,000

So they were roughly expecting to have 1,123,000 left at the end of this quarter.

So my guess would be 'yes'- they're getting ready for a Cap raise on the back of or perhaps concurrently with results.
