I also thought that 2 years could be a waste of bucks (100k) sitting on the side especially when one could have it invested awaiting opportunities that lay ahead.
Maybe the financial sector offering high dividends with some stocks at the moment and with the flat market things couldnt possibly get any wose than what it was a couple of years back, so it may be better to take a punt.
Hope that all the bad news is behind us for a while.
