Because BPT is supposed to be no 1 in oil and gas and are a heavy weight... DLS is meant to be number 3 and lower everything but good drillers...Buy blue chip in tuff times they bounce the most...look at NETFLIX the other day ...don't get too caught up in emotions but look at last 20 years track record. Mergers and acquisition
