Just on Seven and their holding in BPT, the 19% of BPT stock that was bought back in January (from memory) was transacted on the Chi-X. Over 12 million (.9% of BPT) traded yesterday on th Chi-X via a crossing which if it was Seven, would put their holdings at 19.9% approximately.
I have no idea re the CEO andmay never know of the crossing, could have been a shorter closing, but am sure if you wanted to take over BPT , it's a bargain.
