    As i stated in an earlier post we need lots of cash to develop surprise ourselves.No CASH seems forthcoming.
    Maybe a 30-40% JV with free carry for the first $100m development spend would be palatable.
    a lot of people seem to think we will retain 100% of surprise,however, we have VERY little expertise to develop surprise efficiently and economically.
    The last thing we want is to stuff it up trying to go alone.
