Bought a decent size parcel in the high 4's and happily averaged down last few days at 4.1c

7.5c cash, so if you get an average in the low to mid 4's then even if they screw you on a less than cash deal, you are still covered

May even get lucky if they get the license before they make an offer, however I somehow think Bushveld want the cash
