    Does it really matter ?

    Unless they plan to steal the 7.5c cash, they can only unlock it by delivering some value back to LMR shareholders, or at least more than the current 4.3c

    Why didn't they buy all shareholders out recently at 6c+ ? Perhaps they thought it wouldn't get across the line ?
