Vontrader, I don't think Bushveld is in any rush. So yeah I guess you can sit here with cash locked up waiting for the offer. You ask why didn't they buy shareholders out at 6c+. Well why aren't shareholders buying current stock at such cheap prices if 6c won't cut it? There's millions of shares up to 6c. I am always very concerned about a controlling shareholder's intentions. On the face of it, yes, it makes sense, 7.5c cash backing, need to offer at least that to shareholders. But things just aren't adding up atm. The share price has always seemed to have traded at a significant discount to cash backing. The doubt is there.
