Anyone else had the thought that FARJOY may not be acting alone? That's a lot of meny to risk on a wildcat drill isn't it! What's so important about a 10% (or slightly over ... where they could easily be already)? Its a blocking stake in the event of a undesired takeover offer where acquisition of shares becomes compulsory once they get to 90%.
Couldbe very ueful down the track. Could Farjoy be a "vehicle" for some interests that are "close to the company"??? PURE SPECULATION.
