    Hi,

    As the cash payment received lags upto 60 days or so, the cash margin for this quarter will be -ve. They still have obligations to drill two more wells.

    How are they going to rectify Debt/EBITDAX ratio of no more than 3.5 on a quarterly basis ? If they don't get a waiver - then what? Very precarious situation to be in !!!
