$2 the board would find it difficult not to accept. The question is how long will it take till ZFX realises that $2 is the price they will need to pay for total control. They may pick up 10-20% around 1.20, another 20-30% around $1.50 and the balance closer to $2.

Everyone needs to be very patient, this is going to go on for a long time.

The only thing that may fast track it is if they offer some script so we can all share on the upside.

Like 90c cash or $1 as they have proposed and a 1 for 20 in ZFX. So $12 means 60c for every AGM share.
