Fair enough Karll, as I said, I just did a quick 'squiz' through the presentation, plus a quarterly or two and noticed that the expected $25m outflow.
The "fact" that they were "supposed to this, supposed to that" doesnt mean much to me. It shows to me that, the quality of partners sought weren't of a high standard (assumption - havent done too much research but if they've defaulted well...they did default didnt they?!), or else they would have been able to fund their share of the equity stake.
Looking forward, CTP are still expecting to pay $25m for their CSG programme. An expensive lesson I suppose. Again, this could be a bonus for their UCG ramp up.
In saying that, I believe it is well factored into the shareprice with the 5cps of cash backing. Onwards and hopefully (as always) upwards.
