Although a capital raise will be hard to avoid; with only 75M shares on issue its not really going to do too much damage (unless raised at a heavily discounted price which I highly doubt will happen), this company has quite a tightly held register.
More interesting this companys revenue is growing fast - I haven't crunched the numbers however we could be cash flow positive by 2017/18 not bad at all.
