It could well turn out they may give up on Gabon and put their money into the Cameroon or Congo tenements.
They were going to be building a rail line and port work I believe.
I think they were one of the tendering companies interested in the port projects.
If it was not them I know at least two Chines companies wanted to get involved and at least one of them wanted to take on the whole port,power and rail project.
