”IF” they did combine the Stockland business with aveo well they could ask for a lower offer price, I don’t call that closing the Gap But does give a different angle to a transaction which sounds attractive long term, but if Brookfield does have majority % and its unlisted we’re all going to get railroaded!!!
If the offer is not attractive to at least the Majority of holders, stay listed. Keep growing, developing and moving forward...Fast, this can be a line in the sand. If Brookfield do get there hands on Stockland they’ll be a formidable competitor with all their capital at home in Canada.
