For a scheme of arrangement to be approved Brookfield will only need 75% of the votes cast.
If you assume 80% vote then they only need 75% of 80% = 60%
Mulpha votes 25%
Getting 35% of the 75% to vote the same way as Mulpha is not a huge task.
For most of us whether we loke it or not Mulpha is the key say so.
