More likely the company will be merged, rebranded then relisted (NSL has the option to acquire Austind from the JV agreement. If the company intends to go to brownfield stage (production) then there will be more capital raisings down the track. For this reason I think it will remain a listed entity as it is the easiest way to acquire the funds quickly. Just look at Fortescue and how quickly they got their operation to production. There is no way they could have done it without Chinese money. The banks would not touch it. Their loss!
