    Refer to HGO ann. 22nd April:

    "HGO shares/options assumed value $472 million or $1.25 per share"

    They also valued ESG at $2.70 per share.

    Now why would you accept $1.00 per share now with a top-up clause if you valued ESG at 270% of the sale price?

    A: HGO KNOW ESG will be taken out within 18 months.

    Cash now - big prize near term.
