Its tricky isnt it. i was told i was crazy buying CSL at $55 about 10 years ago because it was too expensive. Glad I bought it anyway. Looked at buying REA at $18 and ALU at $4 many years ago but they were way too expensive so I never did. Sold CAR at $9 because it was looking fully priced and wanted to buy something cheaper. Wanted to buy RMD at $9 but thought i should wait for a pullback. etc etc. Sometimes it's better to bite the bullet and just buy good quality stocks ( not speccies) for the long term, and top up if theres a pullback. I like to hold about 10% in cash. of those stocks you mentioned, I'm a big fan of JBH and WES, holding those forever. Forget TLS ( IMO ), which I sold for about $6 many years ago when it was paying higher dividends than these years( so much for so called "High dividend stocks")
