This could be a capitulation / crash or, most likely, a continuation of the current bear market slow decline.

I have commenced constructing a list of potential purchases with targeted PEs and yields.

I went to 90% cash towards the end of 2021 but
started buying LICs again in the second half of
2022.
Currently holding 10% in term deposit, 60 in
shares via LICs and 30% in fixed income
products that I bought in the last 18 months.
