Our friendly neighborhood investment bank in the news again I see. It is my own personal desire to see PFC to only take them on but win the case in spades and be compensated for the actions and any losses should it be assessed under a court of law.
For to long the little guys have had their companies manipulated or controlled by the bigger guy in the school yard, this time the friendly neighborhood bank it would seem. It would be good for a court case to set the precedence and deter the friendly investment neighborhood banks from taking damaging actions again, wishful thinking on my part though.
