Yeah, I would be surprised if PFC were granted damages due to a reduced working interest by not being able to fund due to borken agreement with Macquarie, but they may be able to get something back if a signed agreement/commitment was not honoured.
Good luck to them, the more liquid all partners are the less funding commitment dramas and related delays for projects.
