If there is a CR shortly, it shouldn't be that big a deal. If it's at 30c, 6 million shares get's them $1.8m, 12 million shares get's them $3.6m. At 25c, 10 million shares brings in $2.5m.
I don't see any of these scenarios as being overly damaging and it is possible that some 25c options will get converted, which is basically the same things anyway.
