I'm taking a guesstimate that the cash balance as at 31 March 2016 will be $3.2M. No need to raise any capital in the short term, or medium term depending on if any deal do materialize. Following Amherst's deal with Magna for ZolpiMist they seemed cashed up enough to pay out the $2.2M+ owed to the FDA that had been outstanding and well overdue, deals for this product will happen IMO. DYOR
