I think we are looking at 2 and 3. There ought to be some up front money with the cellulite cream deal, AND cash flow.
They don't need it all at once. As for the Oxycodone trials, POH need first to finance the Phase II portion, far, FAR less money required, maybe only $4-5 million. They won't need the big bucks for nearly a year. By then the entire financial picture of the company will likely have changed dramatically.
