As of 31 March PDN had a cash position of USD 469.6m = AUD 636 million.
With almost 1,667 million shares on issue, this equated to 38.2 cents of cash in the bank per share.
The book value is almost double the current share price in cash alone, even if their other assets all have a net value of ZERO this represents a discount of 44% at 21.5c.
