The $375k raising through converting notes was announced on 31/10/2013 in the “KNeoWORLD iTunes App approved” announcement:

Another interesting thing to note is that the $500k raised from convertible notes in May 2013 is convertible at 0.005c at a minimum. The Investor that took it up must be confident if they are willing to pay 0.005c, especially as the share price at the time of issue was 0.001c. An Investor willing to pay a 500% premium??? They must know something that we don’t?
